Return Policy

Standard Returns

We want you to love your Figora products. If you're not satisfied with an unopened or unused item, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To start a return, contact us at frongashi19@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for completing your return.

Smoother Skin Guarantee

We stand behind the Rice & Ceramide Anti-Aging Moisturizer. Use it daily for 14 days from the date you receive it. If you don't notice visibly smoother, more hydrated skin, contact us at frongashi19@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll issue a full refund — even if the jar is empty. Limit one refund under this guarantee per customer/household.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (where applicable), we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law. If a return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy, or if the guarantee conditions above have not been met.
